Makes sense, just hire the best people for the job. I know I do.
We still have a few stupid old men in perceived positions of authority, but 1) we fight back and 2) that problem will take care of itself...
No, I don't want a pat on the head or something, I want to tell people that it is possible and a good idea!

@Em0nM4stodon And I hate it that this is still something that is not the norm! I really cannot wrap my head around that. There are many women (and men) out there way more intelligent than I am. The kind of plumbing you have and your preferences should only matter when looking for a partner! Not at work.
(and no, I'm not a young leftist whatsit, I am approaching 50, cis white male, and I used to think I'm conservative (not reactionary, that's what the term has come to mean....))
