Just obtained a Windows laptop for our 14 year old. As someone who hasn't used Windows in decades, can anyone share a security/privacy setup guide for Windows? Like, settings to enable/disable and things to do/avoid?

@maccath network isolation for the device: have a windows laptop, and I only allow it to do EGRESS to WAN, nothing against local network

@maccath I’ve given my kid a chromeOS flex laptop (was a windows laptop and I installed flex). It lends itself to parental controls really well and there isn’t a lot of things for the child user to tinker with.
@realsshrestha I don't believe in parental control, and it's theirs to tinker with. I just want to give them the best base setup. :)
