Tinnitus Is Somehow Connected to a Crucial Bodily Function
Those who have never endured the relentless ringing of tinnitus can only dream of the torment.
ScienceAlertI've had tinnitus since I was pre-verbal probably. I don't remember not having it. When I was a tween, I said to my mom, "you know that ringing everyone has in their ears." The look she gave me. Ha.
But I consider it a blessing that I got it early. It's my normal. Can't imagine getting it later. :(
Yes, I can understand that point of view. I got mine in my 30s and have been struggling with it for 30+ years, sometimes successfully, sometimes not so much.
Don, I'm so sorry. I cannot imagine how hard it would be to develop it having experienced clarity of hearing previously.
