normalize making custom licenses, they make corporate lawyers nervous

there's seemingly a funny side effect for this one btw:

so any org with >50 employees can't even copy the license without immediately needing fair use exceptions or equivalent

Build into your license that there is a fee for use for any company with greater than 50 employees. Set a price at that threshold. Then state that the price increases by a compounding 1% for every 50 employees above that. Puts the product completely out of reach of mega corps.
