It's absurd how good running has been for my mood, the knowledge that I am able to cover significant distances at speed has done wonders for my ability to deal with the constant stream of bullshit.
Over the last year I've also found that supplementation of vitamin d, omega 3, and operating a chainsaw have been very helpful - but I think it's mostly the running.
@sarahjamielewis +1 to those supplements; they've helped immensely with post-COVID brain fog & mood. I think I'd become unstoppable if I actually did regular exercise

But don't underestimate the chain saw, it's obviously central in good mood
