@softmaus @kubikpixel I’m not sure what people expect Proton to do. It appears, according to the 404 article, that they didn’t”help” but were legally compelled to hand over payment data. Proton is not, in any way, an anonymous service if you’re paying with a CC. I have a lot of issues with Proton but this isn’t one of them. It remains one of the best alternatives to Gmail/Hotmail/YahooMail.
