It’s happening ! Lots of men working quickly. They have giant tarps all around the home and even half the pool! Noisy. It will be in low 90°’s by early afternoon. Ready for my fresh perk coffee now. Foremen just spoke with us—they have found damaged wood and some of roof is “soft” so it looks like they will be adding at least a few if not more sheets of plywood. We will have to pay the extra because insurance will not. But it must be done and I’m glad it will be done right. I want this roof to last longer than I. #Today #Roof #NewRoof #Phoenix
