I'm a bit surprised to say that, after many years of being at best neutral about them, I've recently become an #apple fanboy 😊

I used to find them a bit distasteful, but after some effort and experimentation, I'm really happy with where I landed. And I have to say, compared to the alternatives, their availability and convenience makes a big difference.

My favorite cultivar is #jonagold, but that's probably because it's easy to find where I live. I'm sure many of you are apple fans as well, let me know your cultivar recs!

@xavier I have tried several over the years, but I keep ending up with pink lady, because I like their combination of taste and texture the best.
