I just beat the Guinness world record for speed-picking by 4 seconds!

Single-pin-picking, 8 differently-keyed, 4-pin, standard¹ padlocks, in 56 seconds.

And I did it while wearing a fluffy bear suit.

¹ the current record holder used laminated Master locks with no security pins, but I didn't want all the comments on my video to be "Master lock sucks" jokes, so I used Brinks instead.

@alice @briankrebs Just out of curiosity, in a competition or record attempt, does it matter whether you're single pin picking or raking, are they separate disciplines? And if so how do they verify? Asking because I for example usually start raking/zipping with a flat hook before bothering to fiddle with individual pins, which works for a huge amount of cheapish locks, so technically I'm raking but not using a rake. I'm not planning to compete or anything, I'm just curious if a jury could tell the difference and disqualify me, or if they even care at all. :)
