IRNA – The United States and the Israeli regime have targeted another Iranian girls' school, this time in West Azerbaijan Province, with missiles in their ongoing military aggression against the Islamic Republic.
"According to the provincial head of education, US-Israeli missiles were hit the Esmat high school in one of the neighborhoods of the city of Urmia on Wednesday.
He said the school suffered severe damage but the attack did not result in casualties, adding that attacks on schools, educational centers, medical facilities, and residential areas clear indicate the brutality and hatred of the enemies.
The attack comes as the bitter and heart-wrenching scenes of the US-Israeli airstrikes on the girls' school in the southern Iranian city of Minab and the martyrdom of innocent students have not yet been erased from the minds of Iranians and other freedom-seekers around the world.
More than 170 schoolgirls and teachers of Shajareh Tayyabeh Primary School were massacred in the five aerial attacks carried out by American and Israeli warplanes on February 28. A few hours later, a new attack was launched on a nearby clinic on the same day."
