You know what's been a great way for my #ActuallyAutistic ass to connect with colleagues I don't normally interact with much? The puzzles in the coffee area we've been doing at work. I spend a while over lunch there or during a break, some people stop by, you can chat a little (easy, because you can talk about the puzzle) but don't have to fill the silence when both are working on the puzzle. It's been a surprisingly joyful experience to find out who the other puzzle lovers are in the office!
