Kristi Noem is reportedly considering sleeping over in American’s homes (whether or not they want her to) just so she can violate the 3rd Amendment too, and have a matched set of violated Amendments.

@davidaugust The real challenges will be the Seventh and Twenty-Third, but I like the enthusiasm.

@count_01 she may have already broken the 7th by denying due process so often, an DHS under her guidance disenfranchising the voters in DC seems entirely in her wheelhouse 😳

They do have national guard deployed there still, so they’re ready to summarily execute the American People in the Nation’s Capitol. <miller relishes the opportunity>

@davidaugust I won't argue they've got the Fifth and Sixth covered, but the Seventh? The Guard would need pretty specific orders to deny someone the right to a jury trial in civil suits.
@count_01 DHS/ICE/CBP is taking people to detention centers (concentration camps) and holding them for months with zero due process (no court dates, nothing). We’re already there.
@davidaugust I think you are misunderstanding me. Due process rights are the Fifth Amendment. The Seventh is not a due process right; it preserves the right to have a jury hear your lawsuit when you sue the government for the denial of due process.
@count_01 ah. I see. I think you’re right, I was misunderstanding. Thank you for clarifying so my slow mind could catch up. Yes, she might have a challenge breaking the 7th then. But I’m convinced she’ll try.
