@siracusa I am slightly traumatized by the name NEO. Sun announced they were going to use NeXT's OpenStep in their future Solaris NEO operating system.

As a NeXTstation owner, I was excited, bought a Sun workstation, ready to port my NextStep apps for the bigger Sun audience.

In the end, Sun dropped OpenStep, favoring Java instead.

Ironically, no one uses Solaris anymore but NextStep's genes live on in our Apple devices.
