Badly need a rain to settle all the pollen. Everyone has scheduled their first mow of the season this weeks and all the pollen is getting blown up over and over again with leaf blowers.

3 years of Verizon 5G Home we had 1 outage, RCA'd to a misconfigured Comcast node update. Week 1 of Xfinity, a maintenance window was to end at 1am, internet's still out. They can get better speeds but FWA has the cable guys beat on reliability.

One is fog, which tends to accumulate and linger much longer around us, making for some beautiful morning walks. The other is lightning. On days like this, when it seems to appear out of nowhere, we wake up to quite a show, so much so that the school district has opted for a delayed start to the week. (2/2)

Day 1 of Daylight Savings and the late drop off line at the local Elementary is 50 strong. The kids are in and the groggy parents are grouchy.
We prepped the whole of last week, sleeping in early and reached well ahead of time only to realize kiddo just got his lunch bag and forgot his school bag.
