In it's Nth explanation for Trump's war with Iran, the US administration now says, the US had to attack Iran, because Israel decided to attack Iran.

That is 9 million Israelis deciding that 349 million Americans and the world's most powerful military should go to war.

The tail is wagging the dog.

Two bullies attack a victim.
One hits the victim.
Then the other one does too,

But it's preemptive self defense because the second bully says the victim is going to hit him.
