A tangential observation - the last few times I posted a similar poll, I got hundreds of votes and many boosts.

Seems even the #Fediverse has lost interest in covid19 still being a thing.

(I relate. I wish it wasn't, too.)

@larsmb I'm fully vaxxed plus several boosters and also had COVID at least 3 times confirmed with tests, every time with minimal symptoms (basically just a bit of a sore throat). I'm also in the privileged position that whenever I show symptoms or suspect I got COVID (or anything else) I can just work from home. If it's worse than a sore throat I can just give the doctor a call and get a sick note for a week, no need to go to the doctor's office and/or get tested. So yes I don't really care about COVID anymore because it has no real impact on my life. I do still care in that when I got symptoms I isolate for a few days or as long as they last, but I don't even test anymore because it doesn't really matter if it's COVID or something else, I don't want to infect anyone else either way.

@larsmb I don't know about that as I'm not a doctor, but it's kinda out of my control anyway. I can only control how many people I infect if/when I got COVID by isolating myself, which I do. In order to protect myself from any further COVID infections I guess I'd have to lock myself in for the rest of my life, which, given the very mild symptoms of the previous times, seems like a bad trade-off.
