Germany first had to figure out how to do it efficiently.

Trump already had a blueprint, at most he needed it translated from German.

@paulknightly technically, wasn't this point already passed many months when, by order of Trump, all *passports* with gender markers that differ from those at birth were invalidated (idk if that was ever rolled back)?

Like sure, it wasn't always reliably enforced, but it's the same issue, right?
