Hail Freya, it's Friday! I'm back with a #FridayPaganPoll.

Today, I'm contemplating the ethics of cursing children. By "children," I mean teenagers in highschool, ages 15-18. I'm debating with myself as to whether they are old enough to be responsible for their own actions, and therefore old enough for consequences. (Details on specific situation in comments.)

Is it okay to curse teenagers?

I mentor a high school robotics team, and one of my students is a trans boy who has been dealing with a lot of bullying at school. I'm worried about him. There is one ringleader of the bullies that has been making his life hell. Last week he shoved him against a locker, called him a fag, and tried to pull his pants down. The bully got a 3 day suspension from school, that's it. The school resource officer "investigated" the incident, but no charges were filed because all cops are bastards. Anyway, I'm thinking if the law can't hand out consequences, then maybe a witch can?
@Cat_LeFey I see each situation in its own context. For this one, I'd curse the offender.
