This was my rad vegan birthday cake that was made with love from a local bakery. It was vanilla cake with a cherry frosting. It was absolutely delicious.
For anyone in the Portland metro area, you gotta check out the one and only Carina’s Bakery. It’s a Swedish bakery, run by a chef who survived brain cancer as a child. Everything is vegan and most things are GF. It’s all delicious.
