I'm most excited for the last two. "What Witches Do" is a 1971 first edition and "The Encyclopedia of the Occult" is a 1988 copy.

There is a seller on eBay who apparently haunts estate sales and has a massive collection. That's how her and her husband make a living.

That pile isn't even all of the ones they current had for sale, just the ones most relevant to me.
