20 days later, a second leaf emerges.
Sadly, pregnant onions are not edible. I hear they are prolific once they get going.
This one is in a pot, the pot resting in a gelato cup with water in the bottom. The water doesn't reach the bottom of the pot. It just provides humidity to keep the soil moist, not soggy.
