Tryed to subscribe to @protonprivacy #proton yesterday. After payment no premium features were activated for #protonmail and #protondrive. I opened a ticket to resolve this, to now find my account compleatly blocked. No response from support. No app usable - also no passkeys from the wallet.
Not sure if this is really the home for my digital identity that i was looking for.
@mariuxdeangelo I have heard that their strategy against spam is this delay when people sign up. That this artificially slow start up and approval process makes it less attractive for spammers, scammers, or whoever wants quick rotation of disposable email accounts.
Also this @protonprivacy account in Mastodon was abandoned because Mastodon community is quite hostile to #proton for some reason. Expect negative comments to your inquiry too.
You got deactivated because your payment was reversed/rejected or you have a pending legal matter!

Perhaps talk to your Bank if the transaction was paid/approved, sometimes it takes time to reverse, Card payments up to 7 days.
Or it's a system problem.
These things happen.
