Floating OnionAppears previous tenants decided to take the ONT power supply with them. OpenReach site only has an option for missing / faulty which then bounces to an engineer visit.
Might even have something that will do it once I can dig through boxes.

@WiteWulf It gets better, because I hit the faulty button they’re refusing to activate it until and engineer visits!
