I responded to @1password's email asking about opting out of AI and such, and they sent an automated response. I responded again saying it didn't answer my questions, which I reiterated… and they sent that automated email again.

@chriskirknielsen @1password @jimniels and the email says “If you have more questions, please reply to this email and a member of our team would be happy to help you further.” so I figured that meant I had to reply again so I did and just got the same generic template response. I mean, why does the email say to do that if its just going to keep sending back template/generic responses?
