📝 Been thinking a lot about this idea of: how do you best judge when to 1) bend to rules, or 2) ignore the rules and instead embrace the sensitivities of a localized context?
Great design passes through three stages:
1. It’s shrugged off by its creator.
2. It’s opposed by the team.
3. It’s accepted as self-evident.
