The popsicle sticks are kind of a make-work thing, but they can be helpful for tracking colors used on a model or seeing how colors look like next to each other. I don't currently have sticks prepared for the normal (old) Warpaints colors, because I have so many and bad paint coverage means work to get a reasonably solid block of color on the stick.
