Cool, my #ADHD has now inconvenienced my #perimenopause by neglecting to renew my prescriptions for meds for both conditions in a timely fashion 🙃

I still have dex because I always forget doses, but I should have had new #Estradot yesterday.

Found a 50mcg patch for now, hopefully it won't be too rough, the difference between it and the 75mcg I'm up to

I actually used my medical centres website to request repeats back on Saturday. I just called my them to follow up and my GP just hasn't seen them yet.

Cool, cool, cool. Overstretched medical system much?

Fuck, I almost missed the notification (they usually text it but instead they emailed it), had to mad-dash to the chemist to pick up and got there just as they rolling that big chainmail sheet down lol⚕️ 🏃🏻‍♀️

Well this is interesting. Because I already had the 50mcg patch on, I figured I'd leave it the usual three and a half days, and if I felt too off I'd replace it.

I... Didn't. In fact, I may be more together. I changed to another 50 patch Thursday night. I barely cried at all last week. 🤯

Well shit, I guess that last blood test was right with the slightly high estrogen.

Feels like a departure from my earlier years on hormonal #birthcontrol, mostly for controlling my PCOS.

Maybe my T is finally down? I don't remember that in the results. 🤔

Today was rough, but I still only cried for brief periods. 🙃

Really would like the reasons I'm crying to let up, tho. 🥲
