After Layton, the NDP in Quebec just collapsed. I'm not sure what it would take to rebuild there.
Basically that party doesn't exist at the federal level east of Ontario.
@Sir_Osis_of_Liver Oh, I don't know. Looking at Atlantic Canada, the NDP seems to be steadily growing provincially; that could be a prelude to federal growth.
I would be a mistake for me to give advice to the #NDP though: I liked Tom Mulcair, but that's not direction the party wants to go in.
The provincial party ebbs and flows, but seems to have a very low hard ceiling in NB.
There are a few provincial seats in NS that are pretty reliable though.
The links with the federal party are particularly weak though.
