@catflyhigh @feliks The blur and straight clipping artefacts around the title feel very much like human-made image editing. Also looks like a bit of sharpening was applied. If I had to edit an old scan like this, I would use similar techniques. Also, it is a legit mad print, I think chances are high a human was paid for this.

aah, thank you for the info.
I did not get it, that the meme above is the real page No. 43 in No. 041/2025.
And I am fine with image editing, I do that from time to time too, but only with a low skill, and so I make it really bad on purpose, so everybody will realize it is a fake, because I never will be professional with this stuff.
I am against using AI to cheat artists out of their money. But I agree, from my lowskill standpoint I also think it is editing and not AI.

@catflyhigh I also got very cautious with images, as I do not want to share genAI memes, even if the idea is funny. I prefer fast and crappy image edits or drawings over generated images all day. It gives a special human touch and layer of irony that AI memes will never have.
