Oh, I anticipated they wouldn't be able to fix it easily, as they still keep referring to it as a „Display Error“:
Regardless of what I select in my #Enyaq („Guest Mode“, so no App connection, Account etc.), the Data Connection and location transmission is always re-activated upon next start. The screen, that should ask for permission is showing for ≈100ms and then assumes consent 😃

I keep telling them (Skoda main company) it's a GDPR violation. They claimed they had found a solution and would let my local dealer know so they can fix it. But that didn't work yesterday: They told me they fixed it but it clearly wasn't.

I'm quite confident it's actually a general OS behaviour affecting ALL cars of that model but nobody else noticed or bothered and they now try to stale me, until the next big OS update fixing this is out.
