"...The CHP said later in a news release that a 61-year-old Modesto woman died in the crash. She was in a Tesla with a 60-year-old driver who suffered major injuries and was airlifted to Ventura County Medical Center.

The pair from Modesto had been traveling eastbound on Highway 126 when, for unknown reasons, they veered across the highway and into the westbound lanes, according to the CHP...."

For a moment I was wondering about a rescue helicopter of those size but tbh it really makes sense when used in this multi-role.
Over here most of the rescue helicopters are Eurocopter EC145. And firefighting? Mostly Bambi Buckets.

@mythlfrythtyg Yeah, this is like a giant flying bus... mostly useful because you can pull multiple patients off the side of a mountain and not run into power issues.
