I'm still waiting for organized outrage against #ClarenceThomas, whom white senator #Biden supported and protected by disbelieving the testimony of #AnitaHill. That man, along with other #rapists, is lifelong #SCOTUS justice.

@rameshgupta Racism is intertwined with class bias and misogyny. They do not operate independently of each other. We also see this in the Epstein files where so many of them followed eugenics, which is straight up racism. Biden's support of Thomas was rooted in a reaction to racist stereotypes of lynching of black men as well as stereotypes of black women being loose and liars, which made it easy for him to dismiss Anita Hill's testimony. Both stereotypes created by racism.

They do. Conflating them creates unfortunate effects, as in your example where you suggest #BillCosby was prosecuted for being #black (unlike many in the #Epstein network).

It is simpler & more accurate to say #Cosby was disciplined for predation of women, not because of his race.

Also, we do not yet know how many black people are implicated in Epstein case.
