That's not quite the same as management or leaders, some form of leadership is sometimes required, but not to the point that they're accruing wealth faster than the people doing the actual work. No good person becomes wealthy except by inheritance, and then they don't stay wealthy for long. Extreme wealth inequality is unsustainable, just like a parasite infestation.

They treat people with all the classic behaviors of abusers.
Restricting movement and person-to-person connections. Muddying information and education. Constant lying. Constant violations of boundaries and consent. Financial sabotage. Medical neglect.
Negging, threats, coercion, manipulation, intimidation. Belittling and dismissing.
Their actions as oppressors on the macro level, is as the actions of an individual abuser on a micro level.
