I finished my socks! They're not perfect, but 1) they're the first knitting project I've finished after starting knitting seriously (I've crocheted for a long time) around January 12th

2) They're still warm, and not like anyone's going to look too closely at them ...

@sol I'll admit that I may have photographed them from the best angles ;) (but yeah, I'm super happy with how they turned out, and they've given me confidence that I can do it more)

@sol Wasn't working on them all the time, but I started ... I think monday two weeks ago, then had to pause for a few days (out of yarn), restarted them last monday, then finished the second sock since. So little over a week, working from time to time on them? Using DPNs

@melindrea ok I’m gonna start… need to remind myself that they will not now perfect and that’s ok. Perfectionism kills (projects).

@sol They're socks. As long as they fit on your feet, aren't too hole-y where you don't want them to be (IE lace should be hole-y <.<), they're good =)
