As someone who spent most of their working career in retail, I will never understand why American companies are so obsessed with making people dress uncomfortably and always be standing.

@majorlinux I think conceptually dress codes can be fine and are sometimes necessary. But they should be adapted to the environment.

Needless to say Gamestop isn't a collared shirt area.
