Another thing about Brussels.. There's a lot of talk abotu e-scooters and bike sahring bikes being left around everywhere in most cities.

I understand the frustration in general, although if you compare it to how much cars are being left around...

In Brussels, in most areas, bike share bikes and escooters were allowes to be parked only on dedicated spots. No blocked sidewalks etc.
These dedicared areas were abundant and easy to find.

Thats a good solution.
