@jordan you have a good point, but they break down year-round and this one goes up. There have to be better options. Some folks need these for accessibility. But... at least they are quick to fix them. Sort of.

Floaty Birb@chicagoaaron from what I have heard the CTA has trouble maintaining its trains, so I'm not surprised their escalators have maintenance issues
@floatybirb , honestly, the trains are fine. Very reliable. Maybe not as clean as I'd like, but I've been riding them for 30 years, and that's par for the course.
@chicagoaaron I mean, I have heard CTA workers complain about maintenance issues. I have never personally encountered a problem either though.
