AndyThis study is pretty interesting, not just because it concludes what to me seems obvious (using AI inhibits learning, and isn't necessarily any faster), but because they outline different approaches to using AI and how they compare on learning/efficiency.
The sweet spot here seems to be "Conceptual Inquiry" participants who "only asked conceptual questions and relied on their improved understanding to complete the task."
