I have this still unspecific idea in my head about somehow applying a coordinate system on the ULB campus and #FOSDEM maps (or something) to help us deal with "let's meet at..." problems once and for all.

@RichiH @mmu_man @bagder @ShinIce maybe designating specific meeting point landmarks? We ended up using the yellow pillar uphill from the foodtrucks as a "we are here" marker a few times and it worked pretty well.
