@2legged Has he thought about banning male wardens from Women’s jails? I mean .. I dunno .. could it be that men in uniforms with power over incarcerated women might be a bit more of a worrying vulnerability factor in a closed environment.

@christineburns I wish I could believe that thinking was any part of #AnasSarwar's politics.

He is a well-educated, articulate, personable sort of man, and he speaks clearly. But his politics is empty, devoid of any enfuring theme, always sounding as if it was this morning's bright idea.

This trans prison stuff is transparently an unresearched, unconsulted, attention-seeking wheeze. Pathetic ... and scary to watch how casually a minority can be thrown under the bus.
