Holy shit. Bravo.

This — ALL of it — is worth your time.

@marcoarment I was hoping you’d see this. I’m hoping it’s touched on in the next ATP.

I’ve so much respect for Alec and his being brave enough to do this.

@mattwilcox This video is filled with so much incorrect information that it's embarrassing.
@gcvsa Like what? Genuinely curious
@Xylight @gcvsa Yeah, I’m also quite curious what is wrong?

@jramskov @Xylight I would suggest actually studying the technology of photovoltaics and wind generation befoer asking questions of people who have already done the work. And I don't mean the propagnda from either side of the equation, but the actual facts.

But, feel free to start here:

@gcvsa you can't just refute an argument by saying "study this topic lol", no need to be hostile. thank you for putting your actual arguments down though.
@Xylight This isn't a formal debate, and you aren't paying me to do research for you, so I'm pretty sure I can respond in whatever way I feel is appropriate. Your response to my comment has every indication of constituting sealioning, rather than being a genuine request. This isn't my first day on the Internet.
@gcvsa @mattwilcox it’s funny how whenever some posts a rational, well referenced and though out article about how renewables are clearly the best solution (or most other subjects for that matter) someone will always come along and say "That’s all lies" or "That's got lots of things wrong" - but then never actually say where the actual lie is, what is actually wrong. There were about a thousand individual facts in that video. Many with explicit source material. Which ones were incorrect?
