Therefore, asylum seekers are not criminals. They are not in this country “illegally”. (And by the way, most other legal routes have been closed off or made inaccessible to all but the white and/or wealthy.)

This child and his family did nothing wrong. Nothing. Yet this administration illegally incarcerated a kindergartner and his father.
