You can’t detain a 5 year old child.
If a masked man grabs a kid off the street and puts him in an unmarked car… that’s kidnapping.
If that child is then sent to another state? That’s trafficking.

the civil war started months ago BY the federal government, against the "disloyal" blue states.

The problem is the left hasn't been honest for so long and continues to show that still isn't in their top priority that the things you just said is just your feelings about a situations you had no involvement in and know very little about creating a narrative to get people to risk their lives.
I've been really frustrated because Trump doesn't know what freespeech is. He thinks America (as the ideal) is about treating some ill defined American differently. But his opponents lie, they take anything and try to spin it as something it is not. They have also been manipulating so much behind closed doors, at least Trump is open with it, you all just don't know how to argue against it because of so much waste on lying.
