Where's the line? 🤷

@Jumpmed @ramsey @newsguyusa @paul they never should ne, just like a car manufacturer isn't made liable for the abuse of their product or a nation is made liable for the actions of a single tourist.
Please #TouchGrass and realize that the problem are people and modalities, not the inanimate Objects they utilize!
@[email protected] Yeah. 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A). Upon receipt of a complaint takedown notice, a service provider must respond expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of the infringing activity. If a service provider fails to do so, it may lose its safe harbor protection and be subject to an infringement suit. It's also worth noting, unless a website registers a DMCA agent with the copyright office, one really isn't protected as people can claim they sent takedowns. https://www.copyright.gov/dmca-directory/ @[email protected] @[email protected]
@MarkBrigham
Thanks for posting this.
I retired as an educator 7 years ago yesterday. I HATED the active shooting or lockdown drills. During one, I had a student in my office as a planned but unannounced drill started. As we huddled under the desks (my office had a wall of windows), the student, an 11th grader, experienced an anxiety attack. They did not know it was just a drill, so I had to quickly reassure them.
What, to America’s schoolchildren, is the Second Amendment?
This is heart-wrenching and important. And kind of personal (my bride grew up 2 blocks south of Annunciation, went to school & mass there; I’ve attended some services and weddings there some decades ago).

This is what we’re up against.
Don’t carry a gun you won’t use. And use the gun you carry.

Honey, if I had any I would, but until you have #2A protections they'll just crack down with Scotland Yard every time you're getting anywhere. They don't respect you enough to really change.
