@XanderVeitch @vermeer @jon Interesting that the Basque Y got delayed by 7 to 12 years (depending on who you ask) in just 5 years. Making negative progress!

@cycling_on_rails @XanderVeitch @vermeer I don't understand Basque Y. The vast majority of it is done (at least the earth works), but there are some parts that do not advance. But I do not know WHY.
