These used to be swipeable. Now they require two taps to clear them, which is a pretty non-standard UI metaphor for this class of use case. Feels oddly user-hostile. Almost as if the goal is to make the user spend more time looking at a commingled list of notifications and offers (that should have never been commingled in the first place).
