So true, I found I can pay a fraction by knowing where to pay cash than using "insurance." Prescription drugs take it to a whole new level, one monthly cost bought me a lifetime supply.

My sister changed to a #MedicareAdvantage plan, advertising zero dollar co-pays for drugs. Then, when she went to refill her script, she found out her prescription wasn't covered by their formulary, and it would cost her $500.
