@susankayequinn my students tell me they don't like AI. They hate to learn AI prompting at school (one of the teachers is apparently doing that)
It is tedious, they hate it and rather want to think on their own.
I think the kids are fine as well ~
@susankayequinn I dated a third party thinker for a few weeks.
It was uncomfortable to never know if a word out of their mouth was their own, or was that of a 'known bad actor' mega corp.
They broke my trust in them when they discussed info which was incredibly sensitive and personal to us both - with chatGPT.
I told them of my grievances and they said they would stop sharing sensitive info. They didn't, but lied to me.
Apparently I was dating ChatGPT with them as a fleshy intermediary.
@colinstu @susankayequinn yeah, it was and still is.
I can't condone folks willingly inserting anti-humanitarian evil mega corp A through Z into the conversations, relations or deep thoughts they hold with other people; or themselves.
These are essential parts of what makes us human, and it's none of Evil Mega Corps ™️ business.
Relinquishing agency over the core of your being, to anyone, is terrible at best. Doing so to mega corps' is worse. Forcing that onto others is anti-human behaviour..
