Demon Queen Pheebs!! 💙whew! Spent all day re-figuring out blender (thanks 5.0) and making some animations! All so that she can be scaled down to about 68x80 for an RTS. XD
Composite I'm using makes it easy for the old game and it's limited palette~

I should add that I didn't make the mech model, I commissioned a lovely peep named IonicNebula, they did such a good job rigging it too :D I only made minor edits, and then made the animations myself
