Me: I am so happy with the Analogue3D
Internet: Why would anyone buy that thing?

Me: Metroid Prime 4 was fun.
Internet: It was the worst.

Me: Stranger Things 5 was fun.
Internet: It was the worst.

I dunno if I just got bad taste, but I cherish my ability to enjoy things. :)

@memoriesin8bit enjoying things for what they are is a lost art these days. Some people much prefer to tear things down than to let people enjoy them.

@Devilbox I think/guess/imagine it's kinda hip to tear things down. So much Youtube content is dedicated to that and it sorta blends into social media, too.

Not to say I enjoy everything. I strongly dislike the new Zelda games (which people adore and I envy them) and lost my ability to love Star Wars (which once was one of my favorite things).

But I try to focus on the things I love instead of building monuments to negativity. It's my way of enjoying life.

@memoriesin8bit very good ability, I am working on this ability since last year. Somehow (bad) negative criticism has became the main way of communicating. Constant ranting and negative talking is bad for the mood.

Finding things we enjoy and praise is more important then finding things to criticize!
